Photos By Sandi has been offering professional photography since 1991 here in Northern Colorado.
Our company uses professional paper that should give your families a lifetime of fun and lasting memories.Entrusting your important photographs to a professional is just important as planning that summer reunion or vacation! We do suggest if you are having a large group to do them where you are staying.
If do your family portraits at any lodge, Motel, Hotel, Cabin here in town.
Please do check with Managers of the establishments where you are staying
as they each have their own rules for summer months.
Large Or Small Groups!
We are fully certified by Rocky Mountain National Park to do Family Portraits in the Park and certified in the town of Estes Park to do commercial work here in town.

ROAD CLOSURES: Bear Lake Road Reconstruction Project….Major construction work on Bear Lake Road in 2012 & 2013 includes mandatory use of park shuttles May 29-Oct 9 between 9 am–4 pm, delays, and some night closures.

Remember, for each car (even if you ride with us) you must have a park pass.
Your fees help to maintain the park and keep it beautiful along with your help when you visit.
Please keep in mind……that June, July are the busiest months
here in Estes Park and they book fast so you need to call soon!
Family Reunion
Photography Fee:
1-5 people – $60.00 hr
6-10 people – $70.00 hr.
11-20 people – $80.00 hr.
21+ people – $100.00 hr.
It usually just takes 1 hr….. if everyone is ready and available at the site and cooperative. Prints will be uploaded to the internet for viewing and you will be e-mailed an address and password for you and your families to view. You are also welcome to choose while you are here in Estes.
What to wear – Stay away from.… white, browns, forest greens, blacks and busy colors.
The reason is you will blend into the scenery and we know you don’t want to do that.
Plus white may make you look larger.
Warm colors are great!
GOOD COLORS: Burgundy, Blue, Turquoise, Reds, blue jeans and blue jean vests.
HINT… WHEN BOOKING…….Mornings and evenings are best lighting conditions. We discourage full sun shooting so try to find shade. If you need suggestions, I’ll be more than happy to help!
IF YOU HAVE DARK GLASSES OR GLASSES THAT TURN DARK YOU MAY WANT TO BRING AN EXTRA PAIR SO YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR THOSE DIGITAL CORRECTIONS.
WE NO LONGER INCLUDE THAT AS “MINOR RETOUCHING”.

Answers to questions that you may have…
Can I have my Pet’s Portrait taken in the National Park with the Family?
“Pets are permitted in Rocky Mountain National Park, however they are not permitted on trails or in the back country. They are allowed only in areas accessed by vehicles, including roadsides, parking areas, picnic areas and campgrounds. They must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet and attended at all times. Pet etiquette dictates always cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste in trash receptacles“ ~ NPS~

What if it rains?
Please! It is not the responsibility of Photos By Sandi for back up plans.
We will always try to fit you in whenever possible but our summer months are very busy
and we cannot promise back up days. We can do them inside where you are staying.
During the shoot
A Variation of shots are taken according to what you are looking for such as:
Mom, Dad and daughter. Daughter alone, Dad and daughter and Mom and daughter.
If you provide us with a list of variations, it will utilize your time efficiently.

For regular Photography Services we need the first hour paid
(we cannot hold a date without payment).
We will upload proofs for viewing so may choose in the comfort of your own home
and share with others. You are also welcome to view proofs before you leave.
